Franken Bean Creations

 combining unlikely material combinations to create small lot awesomeness.

It all began a long time ago in a faraway land, when life took a turn and I found myself without a job and needing to support my family.  My wife and I created out first handbag company, making simple designs with colorful fabrics, all one of a kind of course.  It paid the bills for several years until the economy took a downturn and I found myself needing a 9-5 again for stability, always sewing when I had time.  Skip ahead a little, I always wanted to have my own business, but what to do??? I'm one of those people who can do, or at least figure out how to do anything, the Jack of All Trades type.  Unlike the saying goes, I am able to be Master of anything I desire.  How do I combine my favorite things?  Leather, woodworking, science, sewing, design... which sent me on a 2-plus year adventure on how to make Aramid Fabrics usable as a decorative, functional fabric. Many, Many, Many combinations and experiments have blossomed into something unique.  That combined with combinations of fabric, leather and wood but what should I call the business.  That's where my youngest comes into the scene.  He's called me Bean for as long as I can remember, that combined with Frankensteining together some unique creations, Franken Bean Creations was born.
